We are seeking for HR Consultant who will providing HR consulting and outsourcing services to external clients, while also leading internal HR functions for the company. This includes managing client HR deliverables across recruitment, compliance, policy development, and talent management, as well as ensuring the company’s own workforce processes, culture, and policies are aligned with strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is both client-facing and internally focused, with strong HR advisory skills and hands-on operational capability.
Act as a primary HR consultant for multiple client organizations across various sectors.
Deliver end-to-end HR outsourcing services including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee management.
Develop HR policies, procedures, and handbooks tailored to each client's structure and regulatory environment.
Conduct HR audits and provide guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and workforce planning.
Facilitate performance management systems, employee engagement programs, and leadership development initiatives for clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership on people-related strategy and interventions.
Internal HR Leadership:
Manage the full HR lifecycle for the company, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and offboarding.
Develop and implement internal HR policies and ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.
Lead internal performance appraisal processes, training programs, and employee engagement efforts.
Serve as the point of contact for all employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, and workplace culture concerns.
Maintain HR records, prepare internal HR reports, and contribute to strategic planning and workforce development.
Collaborate with leadership to build a strong internal culture that reflects the values and mission of the organization.
Reporting, Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date documentation for both client and internal HR operations.
Generate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards for both the firm and its clients.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
A relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is required or strongly preferred.
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in HR, with a mix of internal HR operations and external consulting (preferred).
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR outsourcing models.
Excellent interpersonal, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize client and internal needs simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, etc.).
