We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource and Admin Coordinator

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute all aspects of HR and day-to-day administrative functions within the designated locations/region.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition & Management team.
  • Track and monitor the attendance of the head office team within the designated locations/regions for the implementation Of compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Execute and follow-up on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction within the designated locations/region.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations, including office management, supplies procurement, utility payments, vendor coordination, and maintaining facility cleanliness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience of which at least 2 in a HR Generalist Role.
  • Abilityto maintain and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in labour law, compensation, payroll regulations, and tax requirements, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, internal communication, health and safety, and training and development etc
