Job Title: Data Entry Assistant

Location: Osogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for Data Entry Assistants to be a part of our service delivery team.
• This is not a typical, single-function role. An ideal candidate will be a versatile individual, with blended responsibilities of a Data Processor, a Customer First Contact, and a Finance Assistant.
• You will be responsible for the processes that ensure our clients receive a magical and seamless experience.
• You will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with the CEO.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities)
Client Data Integrity:

• Serve as the central point for receiving all client documents through our dedicated channels.
• Ensure clients’ data is meticulously organized, secure, and prepared for processing with 100% accuracy.
• Process financial transactions with a high degree of precision and care.

Customer Success & Engagement:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing friendly, professional, and timely support that builds trust and loyalty.
• Proactively communicate with clients, sending reminders for document submission and other important deadlines.
• Assist in the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring they have a fantastic first impression of Ledgerly.

Finance & Admin Support:

• Assist with performing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare basic financial report packages for review by a senior analyst.
• Manage the scheduling of meeting andcalls for the CEO.
• Maintain and update our client database.

Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate)

• You have proven knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting.
• You are incredibly detail-oriented:You hear "meticulous" and think, "That's me!" You believe that if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing perfectly.
• You are a digital native: You are extremely comfortable using tools like WhatsApp and other cloud-based productivity suites, and you can learn new software quickly.
• You are a great communicator: You can write clear, professional messages and understand the importance of an empathetic and helpful tone.
• You are hungry to learn and grow: You aren't just looking for a job; you're looking for an opportunity to learn about FinTech, business operations, and finance from the ground up.
• You are excited by the idea of your role and responsibilities growing as the company scales.
• You are a problem-solver: When you hit a roadblock, your first instinct is to find a solution, not to wait for instructions.
• Accounting qualification like ICAN or ATS is a strong plus.
• Must be resident in Osogbo

Salary
N40,00 - N90,000 / month.
