Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career counselling and support to clients, assisting them in identifying their career goals and developing action plans to achieve them.
• Review and provide feedback on CVs, cover letters, and other job application materials to ensure they are tailored to specific job opportunities.
• Assist clients in job searching, including identifying job openings, applying for positions, and preparing for interviews.
• Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions on various career-related topics, such as resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, employment opportunities, and career development resources.
• Collaborate with employers, educational institutions, and community organisations to facilitate job placements and career development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients to monitor their progress and address any challenges they may encounter.

Qualifications and Skills

• We do not prioritise degrees; we need individuals with high digital literacy and excellent communication skills. This is a priority for us.
• Well-skilled and fast in the use of a computer. Candidates who are not fast in the use of a computer need not apply, as testing will be done specifically for this purpose.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients if needed
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using computer software and online job search platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
