Job Title: Field Sales Lead

Locations: Ebonyi & Zamfara

About the Role

• The Direct Sales Team Lead/field sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales, managing collections, and overseeing product distribution in the assigned area through a network of field-based Sales Agents.
• The role involves recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating the team to meet sales and recovery targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and strong community presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of at least 50Sales Agents/Reps.
• Provide clear direction on daily tasks, sales routes, targets, and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular field visits, joint sales activities, and performance reviews.
• Achieve monthly sales and collections goals.
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely product delivery, support, and issue resolution.
• Monitor local competition and maintain a strong brand presence in the area.
• Organize weekly review meetings with Sales Agents and recognize top performers.
• Expand retail presence and support field activations in local communities and markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or sales-related field.
• Minimum 4 years of field sales or territory management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the local area and grassroots marketing is an advantage.
