Job Summary

• Design, manage, and optimize digital collection platforms and channels to improve revenue collection and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define roadmap for digital collections and merchant acquiring.
• Onboard billers, government agencies, and businesses.
• Enhance integration with POS, web, and USSD collection channels.
• Ensure smooth reconciliation and reporting processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years in e-collections, fintech, or B2B payments.
• Proficiency in APIs, payment gateways, and settlement systems.

Salary
According to Banking grade.
