Job Summary

• Drive the bank’s card product strategy - debit, credit, prepaid and ensure alignment with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage issuance, lifecycle, and performance of card products.
• Work with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) on partnership and innovation.
• Enhance card usage and activation through campaigns and features.
• Drive security initiatives (EMV, tokenization, 3D Secure).

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in card product management.
• Deep understanding of card operations, regulations, and fraud prevention.
• Prior work with switching platforms and core banking integrations.
