Overview of Role

• The client is seeking a competent and highly dependable Personal Assistant who can help reduce her daily stress and increase productivity.
• The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, organised, and open in communication.
• The PA must make work easier for the client by taking initiative, managing her schedule, and supporting both personal and business-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily and weekly calendar activities
• Planning ahead for programs, speaking engagements, and events
• Ensuring logistics are arranged (e.g., make-up artist, wardrobe, presentation materials)
• Coordinating tasks for all TriciaBiz activities
• Handling personal errands and responsibilities
• Tracking deadlines and follow-up actions
• Ensuring documents and materials are ready ahead of time
• Acting as a reliable point of contact and representative when needed.

Personality & Working Style Fit:

• The preferred candidate must be open and free to communicate easily with the client.
• They must be articulate, polite, kind, physically presentable, and confident enough to engage in dynamic, fast-paced conversations.
• The client values someone who is emotionally intelligent, respectful, and supportive.
• The PA should balance being proactive, anticipating needs, and planning ahead with the discipline to follow instructions accurately when given. This dual capacity will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, and that the client is well-supported.

Working Conditions & Flexibility:

• This is a primarily weekday role with standard business hours, with hybrid work arrangements; three days onsite and two days virtual.
• Occasionally, the PA may need to support weekend events or speaking engagements.
• The ability to manage a flexible schedule and respond when needed is preferred, but weekend work is expected to be rare.
