SITH is the franchisee for Pizza Hut in Nigeria (all regions except Lagos). Pizza Hut is part of Yum Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants). StrEat café is an amalgamation of food and beverages from various parts of the world, served in a charming and relaxed ambience. To top it off, we have carefully crafted Mövenpick Ice Cream with the Alpine Spirit. The way we take care of our cows Matilda, Sophie and Candy, the one that inspires us to passionately pick the right natural ingredients to craft every Mövenpick Ice Cream.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Administrator

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Overseeing the performance, maintenance, and security of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
• User Management: Creating and managing user accounts, assigning permissions, and handling access control for employees.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues reported by users or identified through monitoring.
• Software and Hardware Management: Installing, configuring, and updating software, operating systems, and hardware components.
• Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring system performance, security logs, and network activity to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems, procedures, and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant Education: A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is often required.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, vendors, and other IT professionals.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide effective and courteous technical support to end-users.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
