• As our Marketing Manager, you’ll bring our brand to life through campaigns that attract both employers needing reliable staff and workers looking for income opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute bold, multi-channel marketing strategies that grow both sides of our marketplace.
• Build eye-catching social media campaigns that turn heads and drive action.
• Craft messaging that speaks directly to students, job seekers, and businesses.
• Launch on-campus activations, influencer partnerships, and local events to keep SHUB Connect top of mind.
• Oversee lead generation and conversion funnels to drive sign-ups and app downloads.
• Analyze data like a pro, learn what works, and make it even better.
• Engage extensively with Sales and Operations teams to ensure one clear, unified message.
• Create marketing materials that sell our vision: presentations, flyers, social ads, and more.
• Manage and grow our vibrant social media communities.
• Secure partnership opportunities with universities, businesses, and youth communities.
• Stay plugged in to the latest gig economy and marketing trends, and always be innovating.
• Support employer outreach campaigns to build trust and drive demand.
• Plan and execute local events or webinars to strengthen community engagement.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
• 5+ years in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand management.
• Excellent communicator with strong writing and verbal skills in the English Language.
• Proven ability to run effective social media campaigns.
• Comfortable using data to make smart marketing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing to youth, students, and entry-level job seekers.
• Background in recruitment, HR tech, or gig work platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• A track record of hitting growth goals or lead targets.
• Deep understanding of Nigeria’s employment landscape and local culture.
• Ability to work under minimal or zero supervision.

Salary
N52,650 - N81,800 monthly.
