We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Description

• We wishe to engage the services of a well to do goal getter, efficient, result oriented record breaker per excellence Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, to drive the strategic growth and operational effectiveness of the bank for utmost results under the following details.

Key Responsibilties

• Provision of strategic leadership to enhance business expansion, profitability, growth and sustainability.
• Oversee the day to day management of banking operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Foster and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, customers, community leaders etc.
• Lead the bank's innovation in the contemporary global dynamic microfinance sector and financial services dynamism to ensure continuous improvement in product offerings, acceptability and goal attainment.
• Development and implementation of policies that enhance financial inclusion and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that bank's risk management framework aligns with industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements
The applicants to be considered for interview must have:

• A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in Finance or related Business discipline (additional qualifications or Degree in any Finance or related Business discipline will be an added advantage).
• Minimum of Eight (8) years post qualification experience out of which at least Five (5) must be in the financial services industry and at least Three (3) at a senior management level.
• Evidence of in-depth knowledge and proven skills in Microfinance Banking and must have undergone the Microfinance Certification Programme and obtained a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) as a Microfinance Banker.
• He/she must not be more than Sixty (60) years of age and must be physically, mentally and emotionally stable.
• Possession of proven character and without any litigation in previous place(s) of work and not to have been involved in fraudulent practices or dismissed from previous employment.
• Must be computer literate.
• Evidence of having held a position in the National Association of Microfinance Banks (NAMB) at national, zonal or state level will be an added advantage.
