We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Relations Officer

Location: Lagos
Reports To: Client Relation Manager/Head Sales

Job Summary

• The client relation officer serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the property acquisition or leasing process.
• The role is responsible for managing clients inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining long term relationships, and supporting the sales and customer service team in delivering top notch client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and communication:

• Acts as the main liaison between the company and clients
• Respond promptly to clients inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout their journey.
• Ensure clients are well informed about available properties, payment options and process.

Customer Service support:

• Provide support before, during and after the sale or lease of properties.
• Address and resolve client complaints or concerns professionally and timely.
• Follow up on clients to ensure satisfaction and get feedback.

Sales and upselling:

• Assist the sales team in identifying client needs and matching them to available listings.
• Promote new developments or offerings to existing clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and potential referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Client service, preferably in real estate or related industry.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer focused mindset while paying attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
