Job Description

• As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager who understands the dynamics of the hospitality sector and can lead our sales efforts, drive growth, and build lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the hospitality and restaurant tech space
• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and key industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Track sales performance using data and analytics to inform decisions and improve conversion
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to management

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of driving B2B sales, especially in the hospitality or restaurant technology space
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry dynamics
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment,

Salary Range
N500,000 – N700,000 (Slightly negotiable based on value and experience).
