Job Title: Team Lead / Sales Lead

Location: Lagos
Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a team lead / sales lead who will play a dual role of managing a sales team while driving direct property sales.
• This position requires a strong leadership and result driven mindset with a deep understanding of the real estate market. The team lead is responsible for meeting team targets, mentoring sales executives and ensuring high client satisfaction through effective property sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Team leadership and Supervision:

• Manage, motivate and lead the team of real estate agents to achieve individual and group sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Organize daily team meetings, sales briefing and training sessions.
• Provide couching, training and performance feedback to team members

Sales and Client Management:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into buyers, through networking, referrals and market strategies.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from property listing to closing deals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring top tier service and satisfaction.
• Negotiate property prices, terms of sale and draft purchase agreements where necessary.

Strategy and Reporting:

• Collaborate with upper management to develop sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Track and report on sales matrics KPIs, and forecasts.
• Analyze market strength and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales updates and report to senior management.

Marketing Support:

• Support the marketing team in creating and executing property marketing campaigns
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses and networking events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws, practices and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
