Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer to join our marketing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing compelling video content that supports QMB's multi-business ecosystem, including the hypermart, restaurants, club, spa, salon, laundromat, apartments, and events.
• This role works closely with the social media team and brand leads to ensure consistent storytelling, promotional content, and brand-aligned visuals.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content for all QMB businesses (e.g., product features, events, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes).
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to plan content calendars and campaign visuals.
• Capture live events (e.g., Friday club nights, events, apartment tours, chef features, product promos).
• Maintain an organized video archive and ensure proper labeling and versioning.
• Suggest innovative formats (e.g., reels, IG/YouTube shorts, documentaries).
• Manage lighting, sound, and basic production setups.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).

Requirements

• 2+ years of videography and editing experience (lifestyle/retail/hospitality preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing storytelling, editing, and brand-focused videos
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content trends
• A team-first attitude with strong communication skills.
