Position Overview
We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Personal/Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to our CEO/Director.
The ideal candidate will be a sharp, organized & proactive professional capable of managing complex schedules, facilitating seamless communication, and providing administrative assistance to enhance executive productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage CEO/Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planning
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take detailed minutes
Administrative Excellence:
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Manage expense reports and administrative documentation
Communication Management:
Serve as primary liaison between CEO/Director and internal/external stakeholders
Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications
Coordinate with various departments and external partners
Handle visitor reception and protocol management
Technical Support:
Assist with technology-related tasks and digital platforms
Manage digital calendars, cloud storage, and communication tools
Support presentation preparation and multimedia requirements
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate IT support when needed
Project Coordination:
Follow up on action items and deadlines from executive meetings
Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned
Assist with event planning and organizational activities
Support strategic initiatives requiring detailed coordination
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration or related field
Additional certifications in office administration or executive assistance preferred
Essential Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with digital calendar management and scheduling tools
Basic knowledge of office equipment and technology systems
Ability to learn new software and digital platforms quickly

Residing within Ikeja & its environs is an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in executive support or similar role
Experience working with senior management preferred
Proven track record of managing complex schedules and priorities

Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
