Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Description

• We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who will drive our growth, manage client acquisition, and build a strong sales team to exceed targets.
• The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing a team of sales executives, and achieving the company’s revenue targets.
• The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with proven experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion across multiple channels.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (downlines).
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Compensation

• N300,000 Monthly (Terms & Conditions Apply: N100,000 standby + performance-based incentives upon achieving a minimum of 10monthly sales from personal efforts and team downlines).
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Coverage after probation period.
