Job Title: Regional Field Service Engineer

Location: Lagos

Your Opportunity

• This role offers a hands-on opportunity to lead mechanical installation, commissioning, and support of Sidel equipment at customer sites.
• It combines technical execution with customer interaction, including training and after-sales service, allowing the candidate to build strong client relationships while growing both technical and service expertise.

Your Mission
The Ideal Candidate Should Carry Out The Following:

• Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites, specialized on Mechanic
• Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel's equipment installed at customer sites.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Profile
Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a plus
• Practically based, occupationally specific.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-5 years experience in field activities.
• Experience in the beverage industry, especially on Aseptic technology.
• Consolidated technical background on Mechanical.
• Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus.
• Knowledge of the process machineries upstream SIDEL equipment.
• Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental conditions and guidelines.
• Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment).
