We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Personal Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Flexible hours based on household needs; occasional evening or weekend duties may be required).

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Personal Assistant / House Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a private household.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the homeowner’s right hand—ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the home, managing domestic staff, overseeing housekeeping, handling errands, shopping, and providing overall administrative and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities
Household Management:

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operation of the household.
  • Maintain schedules for home maintenance, repairs, and services (e.g., AC servicing, pest control, plumbing)
  • Supervise all household activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

Staff Supervision & Coordination:

  • Supervise domestic staff including nannies, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and security personnel.
  • Schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, and ensure duties are being performed to expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the employer and all household staff.
  • Address performance issues and escalate as needed.

Personal Assistance:

  • Maintain and manage the employer's calendar, appointments, and reminders.
  • Handle travel planning and bookings (local and international)
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, including wardrobe management, event planning, and personal shopping.

Errands & Procurement:

  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and bill payments.
  • Handle household shopping (food, supplies, toiletries) and ensure stock is replenished regularly.
  • Keep a record of all purchases and submit regular expense reports.

Budget & Inventory Management:

  • Track and manage household budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintain inventory of household supplies, groceries, and pantry items.
  • Negotiate with vendors, service providers, and ensure cost-effective sourcing.

Housekeeping Oversight:

  • Ensure all areas of the house are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and order.
  • Create and monitor cleaning schedules for all rooms, including guest rooms and service areas.
  • Oversee laundry and wardrobe organization.

Hospitality & Guest Management:

  • Coordinate logistics for visitors, including preparing guest rooms and managing schedules.
  • Arrange and oversee hosting of in-house events or small gatherings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Female preferred due to household dynamics.
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5- 8 years experience in a similar role within a private home or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and highly dependable.
  • Tech-savvy; able to use smartphone apps for reminders, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of local dialects is an added advantage.
  • Must be well-presented and professional in demeanor.
  • Ability to drive is an added advantage.

Benefits

  • Salary:N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
