You will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
As a Proposal Analyst ,you will be responsible for
Pre-Tender Engagement & Opportunity Management:
Collaborate with OFSE product line sales teams across assigned regions to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Search and track relevant tenders across various customer platforms; familiarity with procurement systems such as Ariba, Smart GEP, SAP is a plus.
Attend tender briefing meetings and document minutes, ensuring records are maintained and digitized for traceability.
Proposal Development & Bid Coordination:
Coordinate and oversee the bid/tender process—covering pre-tender strategy, documentation compilation, submission, and post-implementation review.
Develop customized proposals, including execution plans, cover letters, and commercial terms; negotiate with customers where required to ensure shareholder value.
Compile complete tender packages, ensuring mandatory documents are accurate and updated per customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance:
Work closely with stakeholders across sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, and others to deliver a compliant bid.
Organize and schedule alignment meetings to ensure synchronized effort across functions.
Ensure all bid activities follow Company processes and policies, including legal, commercial, HSE, and quality standards.
Documentation & Time Management:
Implement disciplined time management practices to meet submission deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Keep digital tender tools, spreadsheets, and records updated and organized for audit readiness.
Ensure all proposal-related documentation—technical, commercial, and contractual—is complete and accurate.
Contract Finalization & Client Alignment:
Review and negotiate commercial terms and conditions in tender and contract documents.
Address and close all client correspondence related to technical, commercial, and contractual matters with efficiency and professionalism.
Manage proposals for diverse clients across regional markets, considering client-specific compliance needs and sensitivities.
Additional Scope:
Ensure awareness of commercial evaluation criteria and differentiation strategies while building winning proposals.
Assess and escalate contractual risks early, coordinating with legal and commercial teams for mitigation planning.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Have at least 4 years of experience in Sales.
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Proposals.
Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (please indicate clearly on resume)
