We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Lubricant Sales Executive
Locations: Onitsha - Anambra, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Asaba - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification:
Minimum: National Diploma (ND), Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Preferred: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in lubricants or related automotive products.
Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and managing a sales territory is highly preferred.
Only Lubricant experience or Automobile Industry experience should apply; any other experience is not preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to overcome objections.
Experience with CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
Personal Attributes:
Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong customer focus with a consultative approach to sales.
Highly organized, able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Professional and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.

Must/compulsory:
Lubricant sales or automobile industry experience is a must.
Working Conditions:
Working Hours: Full-time, may include weekends and holidays depending on the business schedule.
