Job Title: Sales & Customer Experience Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Your Mission

• Set up a structured, high-performing sales and customer service unit.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales/customer support team for peak performance.
• Drive revenue growth through well-crafted sales strategies and accountability.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects excellence and professionalism.
• Serve as the go-to person for both client relationship management and internal team growth.
• Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
• Occasionally visit our factory at GRA Abijo to align sales with production.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• 3 - 5+ years experience in sales and customer relationship roles.
• Strong leadership or team management background is a must.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably from the banking or B2C high-touch industries, but not compulsory.
• Professional, highly motivated, and results-driven.
• Must be Lagos-based and ready to work onsite at our Lekki Phase 1 office.
