We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Operations Assistant

Locations: Ilupeju and Lekki Phase 1 - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To support the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical store by assisting with sales, customer service, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• The role combines frontline sales duties with back-end operational support to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:

• Greet customers and assist them in locating and purchasing pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products.
• Provide product information, usage instructions (non-prescription items), and promote sales of healthcare items.
• Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate issues as necessary.
• Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Operational Support:

• Assist in daily stock management – receiving deliveries, unpacking, labeling, and shelving products.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory audits and restocking processes.
• Monitor expiry dates of medications and ensure proper disposal or returns per store policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and storage areas.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure that products are stored and displayed in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Support the pharmacist in maintaining records for controlled drugs, prescriptions, and other required documentation.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with pharmacists, store managers, and other assistants to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of work experience.

Working Conditions:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Handling of medications and lifting boxes or inventory materials.
• May involve evening or weekend shifts, depending on store hours.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / Month.
