Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Work Hours: Mondays to Saturdays

Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable, honest and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and product accuracy.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Attend to all walk-in customers and respond to product inquiries with courtesy.
• Handle incoming calls from customers, provide information on product availability, and pricing.
• Ensure that all products sold are accurate and match customers’ requests.
• Carry out stock counting during restocking.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged inventory.
• Assist with basic documentation and record-keeping related to daily sales.
• Report any customer feedback or issues to themanager/supervisor.

Skills / Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and product accuracy.
