Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Communication Executive to join our 360° experiential marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing brand communication strategies across all touchpoints — including digital, on-ground, PR, and internal communications — to ensure consistent brand messaging and powerful consumer engagement.
This role plays a key part in shaping brand identity and crafting compelling experiences that bring the brand to life through campaigns, events, and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Communication Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement integrated brand communication plans that align with clients' business objectives and brand voice.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client servicing teams to translate marketing briefs into impactful brand messages and campaigns.
Support the conceptualization and execution of 360° campaigns including ATL, BTL, and TTL initiatives.
Campaign Management:
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of experiential campaigns including activations, product launches, roadshows, trade events, and pop-ups.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels — social, print, digital, radio, OOH, and on-ground activations.
Liaise with production and creative teams to ensure communication assets are timely and aligned with the brand vision.
Content Creation & Messaging:
Create and adapt brand messages for different platforms, including scripting for events, taglines, social media copy, press releases, internal memos, and client decks.
Proofread and maintain tone, accuracy, and consistency in all brand-related content.
Stakeholder & Client Communication:
Serve as a communication bridge between the internal teams and external clients/agencies.
Support the Client Service and Strategy teams in developing compelling presentations and proposals for new business pitches.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track the effectiveness of brand communication initiatives and provide insights or recommendations for optimization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in brand communications, preferably in an agency or experiential marketing firm.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategies.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop original ideas and bring them to life.
Experience working on BTL/ATL/TTL campaigns is a strong advantage.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Energetic, enthusiastic, and a natural storyteller.
High attention to detail and an eye for brand consistency.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with event marketing and consumer experience design is a plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), and familiarity with creative or campaign management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Canva) is a bonus.
