About the Role
This is a rare and high-impact dual-role opportunity for a smart, discreet, and detail-oriented professional to serve as both Executive Personal Assistant and Office Administrator to a dynamic, mission-driven CEO and private equity team.
You will work at the intersection of executive leadership, operational excellence, and personal support—playing a vital role in enabling the CEO to thrive across her multiple commitments as a private equity executive and global thought leader.
The ideal candidate is a master of discretion, organization, and follow-through, and is equally comfortable managing a complex calendar, coordinating with investors, or making sure the boardroom is prepped for the next big meeting.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Executive & Personal Support:
Manage the CEO’s integrated calendar, including board meetings, LP calls, investor roadshows, speaking engagements, family obligations, and wellness time
Prioritize, flag, and triage emails, WhatsApp messages, and documents—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Prepare briefing folders, notes, and decks for meetings and global engagements
Coordinate international and local travel, including complex itineraries, hotel bookings, and visa requirements
Support all CEO’s responsibilities, including scheduling, reminders, etc.
Office Administration & Operations:
Serve as the CEO and the Office Manager: manage supplies, space setup, boardroom readiness, visitor coordination, events organization, and vendor relationships
Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) for confidential documents, board papers, NDAs, and fund materials
Track and reconcile CEO-related expenses and reimbursements in collaboration with finance
Provide support in onboarding and coordinating logistics for visiting board members, speakers, consultants, or interns
Ensure the CEO’s office environment is calm, functional, and high-performing.
Executive Communications & Content Coordination:
Support the CEO’s thought leadership content pipeline, including drafting LinkedIn posts, proofreading speeches, or coordinating media responses
Create visually clear briefing decks, summaries, and one-pagers when needed (Canva or PowerPoint)
Liaise with communications, investor relations, and impact teams to coordinate messaging and align schedules.
CEO Workflow & Time Management:
Build and maintain a weekly dashboard for the CEO
Monitor internal and external deliverables, proactively reminding relevant parties and escalating bottlenecks
Act as a “gatekeeper and gateway”—protecting time while also maintaining warmth and accessibility where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or executive assistant certifications a plus
5+ years of experience in executive assistant and/or office manager roles, preferably in high-performing or multinational environments
Experience supporting C-suite executives in finance, private equity, energy, or policy environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability for travel and flexible hours based on CEO’s calendar.
Key Attributes & Competencies:
Highly Discreet & Trustworthy: Can handle sensitive information and high-stakes interactions with absolute confidentiality
Hyper-Organized & Detail-Oriented: Structured, neat, and meticulous about follow-through
Poised & Professional: Represents the office of the CEO with polish and diplomacy, internally and externally
Emotionally Intelligent: Sensitive to context, tone, and power dynamics across diverse stakeholders
Tech-Savvy: Fluent with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello/Asana, Notion, Canva)
Solution-Oriented: You solve problems before they arise and anticipate needs ahead of time
Globally Aware, Locally Grounded: Comfortable in high-level international engagements, while managing day-to-day office realities in Nigeria.
Salary
N400,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
