Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder / CEO

Location: Abuja (Hybrid)

About the Role

• We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our founder across multiple high-impact ventures, including a national agricultural input credit scheme, the expansion of a global Christian youth network, and other strategic initiatives.
• This role demands a blend of professionalism, discretion, strategic thinking, and exceptional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
• Coordinate time-sensitive projects (e.g. project scheduling, pitch decks, executive briefs, MOU follow-ups, etc.)
• Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Liaise with partners, banks, government agencies, vendors, and internal teams
• Track and follow up on action items and project deliverables
• Manage and filter communications (email, WhatsApp, voice notes, etc.)
• Handle confidential and sensitive tasks with trust and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience supporting a founder or managing cross-functional projects (to be verified)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, Canva, and Trello/Notion
• Confident in managing tight timelines and follow-ups
• Based in Abuja or willing to relocate.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in agriculture, NGO operations, or startup environments
• Availability to travel within Nigeria when necessary.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 / month + performance bonuses.
