Position Overview

• We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager (Operations) to oversee the daily operations of our client, a leading organization in the real estate sector.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, operational management experience, and a passion for driving growth.
• You will be responsible for aligning teams with company objectives and ensuring optimal resource use and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in senior operations or general management roles.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven record in improving business processes and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business software tools.
