Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth, innovation and success.
The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership and ensure that LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited achieves its goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will also be the go–to, on matters about business growth and expansion on all LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited’s business lines while developing and driving human resource Intervention initiatives within the ecosystem. The job holder will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to all businesses within the LAPO Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of the overall business strategy for LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited and enforce compliance amongst employees.
Make strategic decisions to drive LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited’s business growth, innovation and profitability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams for LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited.
Develop and implement HR Strategies that support company-wide business objectives.
Drive the Group HR Centralization Project and scale up HR Service efficiency within the Ecosystem.
Provide expert advice on HR Matters to the LEAD Enterprise Support Company’s Leadership team and other Business heads.
Oversee Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited.
Ensure LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited’s financial performance meets expectations.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure needs and expectations are met.
Ensure that LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Attract, retain and develop top talent for LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited.
Establish a culture of learning, innovation and employee engagement.
Continuously evaluate and improve business operations to achieve the strategic objectives of the business.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Achieve 90% of the budgeted revenue, Gross Margin, Net Margin and EBITDA.
Contribute 30% to the annual target revenue through the introduction of new businesses.
Ensure an average of 80% employee satisfaction index.
Staff Turnover not more than 10%.
Achieve 90% Net Promoter Score.
100% patronage of LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited’s HR Services by all businesses within the ecosystem.
100% compliance with internal and external regulations and reporting standards.
100% Centralized deployment of daily HR Services to all businesses within the Ecosystem from LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Arts, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in HR leadership or a senior HR executive role for a group of businesses.
Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and organizational development.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and HR technology solutions.
