Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Sales Officer to drive growth, foster strong relationships, and act as a brand ambassador for our company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our customer base, closing deals, improving customer retention, and creating new business opportunities that align with our long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Act as the face of the company, fostering positive brand awareness, and building relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, negotiation, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with industry contacts, partners, and customers to drive growth and enhance the brand.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure that all customers have a positive and engaging experience with our brand, products, and services.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns..

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Friendly, approachable, and skilled in building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and partnerships.
  • Driven by results, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and expectations.
  • Comfortable using MS Office Suite, and other sales-related technology platforms.
