Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our growing team! If you're someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and loves the world of beauty, skincare, and digital engagement — we want to meet you!
• This role combines hands-on aesthetic services with digital creativity — ideal for someone who enjoys blending beauty treatments with brand-building through social media and Canva content.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of skincare and aesthetic treatments (facials, waxing, peels, etc.)
• Consult with clients to customize treatment plans
• Recommend skincare products and regimes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Manage and create content using Canva for social media and marketing
• Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries
• Stay updated with beauty trends and innovations

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Certificate in Esthetics / Cosmetology (mandatory)
• Valid state esthetician license (where applicable)
• Social media or digital marketing knowledge is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years in a spa, clinic, or beauty studio setting preferred
• Experience managing or contributing to business social media accounts
• New graduates with strong digital skills and passion for skincare are also encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in [Country/State]
• Flexible with schedule (including weekends or evenings)
• Portfolio or examples of social media work are a strong advantage
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in skincare techniques and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident using Canva for content creation
• Ability to handle and grow social media accounts
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell products and packages
• Organized, punctual, and self-motivated.
