The Continuous Improvement Office at EHA Clinics is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and efficiency by leading the implementation of Lean-based Quality Management Systems.
Our mission is to enhance processes, service delivery, and operational outcomes through quality improvement initiatives and data-driven performance assessments.
The office provides project management support to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
dditionally, we ensure the integrated delivery of all products and services across the organization, optimizing their coordination and effectiveness.
In parallel, the office leads organization-wide Learning and Development (L&D) programs that promote staff growth, competency, and professional development.
By aligning continuous improvement, L&D, integrated delivery, and project management, we empower teams to deliver high-quality care, optimize efficiency, and contribute to the overarching goal of providing accessible, effective, and affordable healthcare.
The Project Coordinator fosters a seamless project execution by integrating diverse tasks, resources, and stakeholders with precision.
And is dedicated to driving efficiency, fostering clear communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects/products/services.
Through meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration, we aim to exceed expectations, empower teams, and contribute to the overall success of our organization's initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose:
Drive the implementation of integrated delivery of all projects, products, services across EHA clinics.
Coordinate and support Project development activities.
Drive the efficient use of Asana across EHA Clinics.
Preparing Project status report and documentation. Manage daily administrative functions within the department.
Engagement:
Foster cross-team collaboration with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues of service delivery.
Coordinate on-boarding training and subsequently develop added training materials/guides on the utilization of Asana.
Engage with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Collaborate with product owners to develop engagement and promotion of services.
Delivery:
Coordinate individual tasks assigned to stakeholders on Asana to ensure deadlines are met.
Drive the accomplishment of Organisational goals.
Monitor and evaluate output of integrated services and develop plans to support continuous improvement.
Planning and execution of integrated delivery projects which includes project progress management, and measuring performance.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or any related discipline.
Knowledge of basic project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project and Asana.
Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
