Job Title: Visa Processing Specialist / Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Assist Clients in filling out online application
Schedule biometric and interview appointments for clients.
Track visa statuses and follow up with embassies or consulates when necessary.
Handle visa reapplication, appeal, or refusal response support.
Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries—phone, email, or walk-ins.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions and concerns.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with clients.
Manage complaints or issues effectively, escalating where necessary.
Ensure proper documentation and logging of client records in CRM or database.
Provide one-on-one consultations with students or parents about overseas education options.
Assist clients in selecting the right course, school, and country based on their profile and preferences.
Support students with school applications, documentation, SOP writing, and correspondence with institutions.
Guide clients through the student visa process for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and more.
Conduct pre-departure briefings and support post-visa travel planning.
Organize and Attend Educational webinar with our partner institutions.
Schedule regular meetings with clients to maintain cordial and professional working relationship.
Proactively update/ advise registered Clients on evolving Immigration laws and processes.
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to agreements.
Ensure that all Organization’s Policies are followed in both written and verbal relations with Clients.
Ensure that all Communication with Clients are treated with utmost confidentiality.
Oversee coaching and advisory services to Clients in preparation for application appointments.
Execute Clients’ task in alignment with all organizational policies, processes and checklists.
Direct potential leads to the sales team and follow up on progress.
Continually Inform Clients about other services the Organization offers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service delivery.
Curate memorable travel experiences tailored to client preferences.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure repeat business.
Requirements
OND or HND qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ above experience in ticketing, reservations, visa/tour packaging, and business development.
Visa Processing & Documentation
Embassy Appointment Scheduling Multilingual Communication advanatge (Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, English)

Flight & Hotel Reservations (for Visa Purposes) Client Relationship Management
Customer Service Excellence
Problem Solving & Travel Advisory
Proficiency in at least one GDS platform (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must possess digital marketing skills.
Certification from an accredited Aviation School or Travel and Tourism College is an added advantage.
Female candidates preferred for gender balance.
Must be between 25 to 30 years of age.
Must reside in Ikeja, Maryland, Ketu and Ogba
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary
N90,000 - N150,000 monthly.
