Job Summary

• We are looking for experienced and polished Professional Male Waiters to join our service team. The ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service skills, a strong understanding of fine dining service standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and make recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, maintaining fine dining etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Ensure tables are set according to Boto’s high presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and address them promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience as a waiter in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and well-spoken demeanor.
• Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and wine service is an advantage.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
