Job Title: Social Media & Brand Promotion Specialist

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a confident, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Brand Promotion Specialist to grow CFL’s online visibility, drive traffic to our website, and increase enrollments for our courses.
• This role is mostly remote with limited in-person hours and focuses on producing engaging, high-quality content in line with our marketing calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, and videos that align with CFL’s marketing calendar.
• Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Run targeted online campaigns to drive website traffic and course registrations.
• Produce and edit professional short-form videos for promotions, testimonials, and events.
• Track analytics and report on website traffic, leads generated, and enrollment numbers.
• Stay updated on social media trends and creatively adapt them to CFL’s brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
• Strong creative skills in graphic design, video creation, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and advertising platforms is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and online brand promotion.
• Creativity in both content ideas and execution.
• Confidence to speak on camera, attend events, and interact with audiences.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
• Understanding of digital advertising, targeting, and analytics.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

Work Structure & Hours:

• Mostly remote — limited in-person attendance as required.
• Flexible schedule (3–4 days per week).
• Performance is measured by website traffic growth and course enrollment results.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
