Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead project team members to ensure all aspects of the project are completed on schedule.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, clients, and upper management.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Lead and motivate project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration among team members.
Determine and manage project resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Develop and manage project budgets, estimating time and costs.
Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Implement and manage project quality control systems
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Provide regular updates to upper management and key stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with project management best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to changing project requirements.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
