Job Title: Regional Sales Supervisor
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Gombe, Jagawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara (Middle-Belt, North-East & North-West Nigeria) - Field-based within the designated region

What We Require
We are seeking strategic and experienced professionals with at least 7 years of proven sales and market development experience (preferably in paints, building materials, or FMCG industries).
A market builder who understands how to introduce and sustain new products in competitive territories.
An excellent negotiator and relationship manager who can establish and maintain strong ties with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, retailers, and end users.
A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze markets, identify growth opportunities, and execute structured expansion plans.
A self-driven professional who can work independently, set sales priorities, and consistently deliver results without constant supervision.
A regional expert, familiar with the geography, culture, and trade networks of the assigned region.
A team player with leadership potential who can guide local representatives, junior sales officers, or agents when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the assigned region.
Recruit, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
Conduct regular market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Grow regional sales volume and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Increase product visibility and availability in both retail and project-based channels.
Coordinate regional marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and trade activations.
Establish long-term relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and institutional buyers.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the head office.
Represent Bluenix Paint as a trusted brand ambassador at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in regional sales, market expansion, or business development (paint or building materials background strongly preferred).
Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of contacts in the target region.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work across multiple states in the assigned region.
Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and communication (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.).
Fluency in English and at least one local language of the region is an added advantage.

Competitive base salary - N200,000 monthly.
