Job Summary
As the BDE - Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and establish our firm as a leader in digital transformation.
You will work closely with consultants to provide value-driven solutions to clients, ensuring the firm consistently exceeds market expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
Identify and penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring efficient deal closures.
Foster strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and revenue streams.
Manage key client engagements, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term business relationships.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts while aligning solutions with client needs.
Oversee customer engagement efforts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with consultants and technical teams to deliver optimal digital transformation solutions to clients.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Technology/ERP solutions and digital transformation sales.
Strong Technology Sales skills with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
