Job Title: Presales Officer

Job Purpose
In this role, candidate will be responsible for the achievement of sales target for cloud computing business line through industry scanning, up-selling, cross-selling and creating a niche market in assigned business sector (FMCG, Oil & Gas, Consulting Firms and Financial Institutions).
It is expected that you foster and promote company's brand by delivering or exceeding your sales targets (Revenue growth and increase in clientele base) in both new business and service renewals for existing company's customers.
Principal Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable about cloud computing products (PaaS, laaS, C-PaaS, & SaaS and managed services, develop niche market to identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
Organize workshop / Seminars to educating carved niche market I.T influencers and C-levels customers on the digital transformation values, implementation of new cloud computing technologies and initiatives to drive & derive organizations technological expectations- Agility, flexibility, security, cost effective management and other goals.
Drive, meet and exceed assigned cloud computing quarterly, bi-annual and annual sales target /Revenue and clientele base growths.
Develop and maintain a pipeline management that ensures personal sales target are met. This includes owing the entire sales process from prospecting, qualification of opportunities within the pipeline / business sector, prioritization of activities to closing of deal.
Understand and prepare customized cloud computing proposals, quotations and service level agreements to meeting customer's need.
Perform Cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential cloud customers.
Provide market intelligence knowledge by providing information on competition and consumer/market trends in the cloud computing industry.
Establish, develop and maintain work relationship with the relevant external customers and internal teams eg Cloud pre-sales, cloud technical, customer care procurement and finance teams respectively to advance and close out deals.
Put maximum efforts to avoid churn and retain all onboarded cloud customers.
Prepare and submit all cloud business and sales required reports such weekly call plans and sales
Participate in all technology partner and business training, sales program and joint marketing activities.
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer science/ Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years relevant sales working experience in a similar role in the industry
In depth Channel and field sales knowledge with understanding of the cloud market and business model.
Strong presentational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate cloud computing product's different features, benefits and answer all customer objections.
Highly persistent in sales follow-up conversations, negotiations and closing sales skills.
