Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trends in real estate technology, payment solutions, and property management tools.
• Track the latest trends in real estate tech, property management tools, and payment solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify effective strategies used by competitors and explore opportunities to enhance our business.
• Research demographics, market shifts, and industry developments that impact our business.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to spot opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Help evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
• Turn raw data into clear reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Keep our market and competitor database fresh, relevant, and easy to use.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to bring research findings to life.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Sharp analytical mind with a knack for problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic research tools; familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data in a clear and understandable way.
• Attention to detail and an enthusiasm for learning.
• NYSC candidate who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate and tech.
