About the Role

As the Business Development Manager at Duplo, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across Duplo’s spend management and payments solutions.
This role combines sales, client relationship management, and expanding our presence within target enterprise segments.
Responsibilities
Assume direct accountability for sales growth and performance on Duplo’s products - spend management and payment solutions
Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and functionality of Duplo’s solutions to drive sales.
Collaborate with Finance and Product Management teams on pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with the Marketing teams for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the midsize and enterprise sectors
End-to-end business line revenue ownership
Negotiate and close deals with FX supplier partners to ensure we have the best rates in the market.
Develop and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve sales processes.
Prospect, present, and close deals while managing the entire sales cycle, ensuring compliance and customer onboarding.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing , and SLAs
Structure, price, negotiate, and execute large channel partnerships and other agreements
Establish, nurture, and expand the partner relationship to drive increased preference for Duplo’s products and solutions
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the B2B Sales & International Payments sector.
Generate periodic reports on sales performance and client portfolio.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback
Technical and Professional Requirements
At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and payments within the Fintech space
Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, foreign exchange, and investment products globally.
Experience in structuring, pricing, and negotiating large-scale partnerships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals for the business and for partners
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Precision and accuracy in executing trades and managing portfolios
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results.
Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.
Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with strong interpersonal skills
