Job Title: Internal Recruiter

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Reports To: Internal HR Manager & COO

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Recruiter to lead the end-to-end hiring process for our clients.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source top talent, and ensure smooth, timely role closures.
• This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong client relationship management, and the ability to juggle multiple recruitment pipelines without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Partner with clients to gather detailed job briefs and clarify hiring requirements.
• Provide regular, transparent updates on recruitment progress.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

• Source and screen candidates to ensure strong role alignment.
• Present well-qualified profiles to clients within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates across multiple industries.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Identify bottlenecks in recruitment workflows and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with Internal HR to refine recruitment processes, tools, and SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, client standards, and internal procedures.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Keep accurate records of candidate submissions, client communications, and feedback.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain organized role documentation.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Speed and accuracy of client updates and candidate submissions.
• Client satisfaction and positive feedback.
• Interview-to-shortlist conversion rate.
• Role fill rate within agreed timelines.
• Smooth coordination with external recruiters and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
