Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments, helping clients relax, rejuvenate, and achieve overall well-being. You must have a passion for wellness and a strong understanding of massage techniques and spa therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various body and facial treatments including massages, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, and relaxation therapies.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations and customize services based on client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment area in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional service and a welcoming demeanor.
• Recommend appropriate home-care products and wellness routines.
• Record treatment details, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Stay updated with spa trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Support team members and contribute to the smooth operation of the spa.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy).
• Knowledge of body and skin care treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Good physical stamina and hand strength for massage work.

Experience:

• 1–2 years working experience in a spa, resort, or wellness center.
• Experience handling clients with diverse wellness needs is preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Must be presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to hygiene, safety, and confidentiality.
• Passionate about wellness, beauty, and client care.
• Must reside arround Osapa London, Lekki.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
