We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Service Branch Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Branch Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the organization's financial objectives.
  • This role involves managing a team, identifying new business opportunities, creating effective marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products and services, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a sales and marketing environment.

Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Establish annual and monthly sales quotas, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with the company's overall business goals.

Sales Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth.

Marketing and Brand Management:

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Manage the organization's brand identity and ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent and effective.
  • Identify target markets and develop tailored marketing messages to attract new customers.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track the ROI of all campaigns, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Work with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral, website content, and promotional materials.

Financial and Administrative:

  • Oversee and manage all daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all financial regulations (e.g., anti-money laundering, KYC, data privacy) and company policies
  • Prepare and manage the sales and marketing department's budget.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field with 5 years of experience.
  • A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
