Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Develop TikTok content strategy to achieve 10K followers and 1M views
Manage and coordinate the content creation team
Secure B2B partnerships and brand collaborations
Optimize budget allocation across platforms
Implement AI-powered content strategies and automation
Report directly to executive leadership with analytics and insights
Create engaging blog content for the company website and LinkedIn
Develop LinkedIn strategy to drive growth from 0 to 10k followers
Create AI-enhanced content using tools like Genspark
Manage website content updates and SEO optimization
Produce thought leadership content for the B2B logistics industry
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Collaborate on campaign creative strategies during rebranding
Requirements
Degree, HND/OND in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field
1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and blogging
Proven track record of growing business accounts on socials, YouTube, and LinkedIn content management
Proficiency in WordPress, CMS platforms, and SEO tools
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and analytics
Understanding of AI content tools and automation
Basic graphic design skills (Canva Pro) and Capcut Pro
Extensive experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong analytical and budget management skills
Experience with video content creation and editing
