Job Title: Program Officer (Teacher Education and Development)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• The Program Officer will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of teacher development programs.
• This role requires strong skills in monitoring and evaluation to ensure program effectiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate teacher training programs:

• Develop M&E tools and frameworks
• Collect and analyze program data
• Conduct evaluations (baseline, midline, endline)
• Prepare reports and success stories
• Engage with schools, partners & stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
• Master’s Degree or certification in M&E is an added advantage.

Experience and Skills

• Degree in Education, Development Studies, or related field
• 3 – 5 years in program implementation & M&E
• Skills in data tools (KoboToolbox, SPSS, Excel)
• Strong communication & reporting skills
• Passion for education & social impact.
