L&Z Integrated Farms Nigeria Limited incorporated in Nigeria on November 11, 2008, is located in Kano State, as an integrated dairy producer and processor that produce variant of Yoghurts, Fresh milk, Fura Da Nono, Greek Yoghurts, Satchet Yoghurt and Ice cream. L&Z has established a strong brand in the Nigerian dairy sector; standing out as an indigenous player with good quality dairy products and significant local presence across all six (6) geopolitical zones in Nigeria.
The Farm owns a large herd of cows (a cross breed of Frisian and local cows - Sokoto Gudali), which produces an average yield of 7- 8 litres per cow/day in contrast to 0.69 litres per cow/day from the indigenous breed. Similarly, the Company is an indigenous market leader in the production and processing of drinking yoghurt and sources 90% of its raw milk from local pastoralists across the milk collection centres strategically located in Kano State. Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and managing sales operations within the Lagos Island region to achieve revenue, distribution, and market share objectives whilst building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
The RSM ensures that the company’s products are effectively positioned, promoted, and sold through efficient team leadership, strong customer relationships and market development strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and market share growth within assigned region in line with company objectives.
Timely dissemination of monthly sales target to the Sales team and Trade Partners
Market Development:
Analyze market trends, customer needs and identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration into MT, DTR’S, QSR, HORECA and institutional segments.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend proactive strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute regional campaigns and Sales promotions.
Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with sales staff.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and feedback within the region.
Develop positive influence with Customers that enables disposition to accepting company’s sales strategies
Conduct periodic Customers forum and give reports to Management
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Executives, Merchandizers and other field staff to meet and exceed goals.
Conduct regular team performance reviews, monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing training, support, coaching sessions, and motivation to the team.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Ensure effective route-to-market execution and product availability.
Monitor stock levels and sales returns.
Prepare and submit accurate sales and market activity reports (including sales forecasts and budgets) to senior management
Any other responsibility assigned by the National Sales Manager or Head of Department
Compliance & Brand Standards:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, pricing guidelines.
Uphold the Company’s brand values in all sales activities.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 5 - 10 years work experience.
