Job Summary
We're looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base.
Your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to achieve sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services and communicate their value to customers.
Marketing:
Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers and increase brand awareness.
Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Shared Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and marketing processes, products, and services.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to easily commute to work i.e. reside within Lekki Axis.
