Job Purpose
Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, the SCOPE FP will oversee the implementation of the WFP funded SCOPE registration activities in all the Food security and Livelihood project locations in Borno state.
S/he will work closely with the other Food Security and Livelihood Project staff to ensure smooth delivery of the beneficiary SCOPE registration activities at all the Food Security and Livelihood projects locations.
Responsibilities
Manages and regularly updates the Food Security and Livelihood project SCOPE/digital registration in compliance with the defined project strategy as well as INTERSOS and WFP guidelines.
Supervise the SCOPE registration team and provide appropriate guidance and oversight as they conduct daily field activities.
Manages the SCOPE/ digital registration equipment, materials and data.
Manages the SCOPE /digital registration data, progress report of the e-registration activities to enhancing smooth distribution exercise.
Carry out capacity building activities in order to ensure the delivery of quality food assistance to the beneficiaries.
Manages shared e-registration related complaint in accordance with WFP guidelines.
Actively participates along-with other project officers in coordination meetings, if requested.
Prepare and submit all SCOPE registration activities reports.
Position Requirements
Bachelor degree
Minimum 2 years of experience on WFP or WFP partners SCOPE Registration/ e-registration programming / or micro-financing with banking / or project implementation in a humanitarian context;
Experience in data collection and analysis
Experience in SCOPE registration, training and report preparation
Prior experience working as a SCOPE Officer
Good spoken and written English and relevant computer skills.
A high respect to client/organization confidentiality.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and respect for people with special needs and other vulnerability.
Ability to work in a multicultural context as a flexible and respectful team player.
