Description

• GoldChek Herbals is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, herbal products, and building meaningful customer relationships.
• This role involves content creation, community management, social strategy, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform.
• Manage and grow GoldChek Herbals’ presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
• Collaborate with the graphics team for visually compelling designs.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize strategy.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with graphics and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics and insights.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising is an advantage.
• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for wellness, herbal remedies, and customer engagement.
